Bad Gyal Dydy gets 4 YVA Nominations! [MUST READ]


It seems 2016 was a great year for New kid on the block Dyrana Mcintosh who is now know to thousands of friends, family and fans alike as the official Bad Gyal Dydy.

Having gained fame and popularity as an internet sensation, known for her wit, as she displays her comedic side, while bringing her real-to-life points across via Instagram and Facebook.

Dydy is not to be mistaken for a comedian as she is a budding artiste Dydy who released her 1st solo project titled “2 Can” produced by Track Starr Music this past Friday, January 5th. With a lot to offer to fans around the world, her creativity however, has helps her to hone her craft, working as a tv host, brand ambassador and radio personality for the past 2 years.

In this the 10 annual hosting of the Youth View Award, Dydy has gotten herself nomination in 4 categories, favourite social media personality, celebrity role model of the year, favourite break out celebrity of the year and young, hot and hype female of the year.

“The Youth View Awards were born out of our appreciation for our culture of music, dance and entertainment. We began our movement in 2008 and we haven’t looked back. We became Jamaica’s premiere award show that fully embraces and incorporates the views of our target demographic, which is the youth, to celebrate artistes and celebrities,” Karen Clarke, CEO of An Elegant Affair, said in a media release.

The organisers have promised that the 10th staging of the YVAs will be the best ever. It is scheduled to take place at the National Indoor Sports Arena in St Andrew on Saturday, February 18.
